Join DOF as a Casual Offshore Vessel Coordinator!

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Vessel Coordinator to join our Crewing team on a casual basis. As the Offshore Vessel Coordinator, you will be responsible for administration and logistical support, in accordance with DOF standards, on our vessels. DOF has casual positions available in the Asia Pacific Region, which includes opportunities with DOF Australia and DOF Asia Pacific.

The successful individual will be pivotal in supporting DOF’s Project and Marine teams with various logistics, administrative and crew resource management tasks in compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with the various stakeholders that include Vessel Masters, Offshore Managers, Offshore Crew and the Crewing team to support the seamless execution of the offshore activities.

What is your goal?

As an International Engagement Manager, you will drive new business development across Europe by leveraging customer and market insights, a deep understanding of client needs, and the transformative potential of the Microsoft Cloud Platform.

We develop our business within Marketing and need you as an International Sales Manager to qualify and manage the entire sales cycle towards an Agreement. You will be up to date on Microsoft technology, licensing, HSO Services, and Support.

This role offers the opportunity to engage with international clients and develop cross-border business relationships, particularly in the cloud and enterprise software sectors.

• Gestion technique et financière : suivi des budgets, validation des commandes et optimisation des approvisionnements.
• Supervision des opérations : organisation des travaux d’escale et de carénage, sélection des prestataires et suivi qualité/coûts.

Requirements

D2M SERVICES est à la recherche d'un Architecte Naval passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. En tant qu'Architecte Naval, vous serez responsable de la conception et de la mise en œuvre de projets maritimes innovants. Vous travaillerez sur des projets variés tels que la conception de navires, d'unités flottantes de production et d'autres structures maritimes.

Vous devrez prendre en charge la réalisation des études préliminaires, ainsi que le suivi des phases de conception et de construction, tout en assurant le respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité.

Requirements

Nous recherchons des candidats ayant un diplôme en architecture navale ou dans un domaine connexe. Vous avez une expérience significative dans l'architecture navale, avec des compétences en conception, calcul de structures et gestion de projets.

Une connaissance des réglementations maritimes et des normes de classification est essentielle. La maîtrise de l'anglais technique est requise, tandis que la connaissance de logiciels de conception assistée par ordinateur (CAO) sera un atout.
