Octopus by RTG, on behalf of Menthum, is hiring a Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a strong background in animation and visual storytelling. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment where you’ll help build and elevate Menthum’s visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints. You will play a key role in developing engaging content that reflects Menthum’s innovative brand and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality visual content including brochures, banners, flyers, digital ads, and social media creatives.
- Create and edit compelling animation videos to be used across digital marketing campaigns, product showcases, and social platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to brainstorm and execute innovative design concepts.
- Continuously evolve and refine Menthum’s brand identity in line with current trends and strategic direction.
- Take ownership of visual projects from concept to delivery, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Maintain and regularly update internal brand assets and style guides.
