Our team scales from 400 FTEs up to 1,000 FTEs during peak seasons, making it the perfect ecosystem for young professionals looking to build an international network and kickstart a serious career.
What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)
As a Customer Expert (CE), you will utilize positive language to interact with Spanish-speaking customers across three primary channels: inbound calls, chat, and email.
- Consultative Sales: Help users navigate the online storefront. You will follow a scripted framework to uncover customer desires, compare devices, and successfully close the sale.
- E-Commerce Service: Provide top-tier after-sales support. You will manage logistic and shipping scenarios, taking charge when packages are delayed or when a customer needs to cancel or return an order.
- Dual Expertise: You will begin your journey focusing on either sales or service, and then transition into mandatory cross-skilling after 30 days to become a master of both tracks.
