What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)
As a Customer Expert, you will manage inbound consumer requests from the Italian market across phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Scripted Sales Support: Walk customers through their options when they are trying to decide which device to buy, using structured processes to successfully seal the transaction.
- After-Sales Service: Act as the premier point of contact for order tracking, package delivery concerns, and cancellation or return requests.
- The 30-Day Evolution: You will be cross-skilled to handle both sales and service flows after completing 30 days in your initial assignment, ensuring you become an expert across the entire e-commerce lifecycle.
