This application is designed to transition hospital emergency departments from static staff planning to a flexible, dedicated scheduling system. Operating within a high-stakes healthcare environment, the platform must support rapid schedule changes, maintain well-structured data, and provide reliable reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability of core user actions, authentication, and permissions, ensuring that new features and hotfixes do not compromise critical functionality.
