Lead Frontend Engineer - Decentralized Trading Platform (New York / Full-Time)

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Compensation: $180K - $300K

We are replacing the opaque, offshore brokerage model with a transparent, permissionless trading stack built entirely on-chain. Every trade, deposit, and withdrawal is verifiable through open, auditable code. We've secured significant backing from top-tier venture capital and crypto-native investors.

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to take complete ownership of the client-side architecture for our core trading interface. You will be the technical leader for the frontend team, driving technical decision-making and ensuring a high-performance, resilient user experience for real-time trading. This role requires deep expertise in modern React/Next.js and mastery of complex Web3 integrations.
