Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with online orders, including modifications, cancellations, and tracking of shipments.
- Provide information about product offerings, promotions, and nutritional details.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
- Stay current with industry trends and company offerings to effectively support customers.
