Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding energy services, pricing, and billing through phone, email, and live chat in Slovak.
- Assist customers with account management, service details, and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide accurate information about energy products, promotions, and regulations within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and customer support.
- Stay informed on industry developments and company offerings to enhance customer interactions.
