Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, plans, and technical support through phone, email, and chat in Serbian.
- Provide clear information regarding service activations, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist with account management tasks, including the setup of new services and changes to existing plans.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to facilitate service resolutions and improvements.
- Continuously update yourself on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer assistance.
