Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, order statuses, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
- Provide information on product availability, pricing, promotions, and return policies.
- Assist customers with the entire order process, including placement, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and retail updates to assist customers effectively.
