Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to real estate services, property listings, and leasing agreements via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.
- Assist clients with the scheduling of viewings, application processes, and documentation requirements.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to enhance client services.
- Stay updated on real estate regulations and market developments to provide accurate advice.
