- Assist customers in navigating insurance claims and reimbursement questions related to pharmaceuticals.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and best practices to convey relevant information to clients.
