Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about educational programs, features, and pricing.
  • Assist customers with account management, including updates, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the education team to enhance service delivery and support ongoing student learning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and educational technologies to effectively assist customers.
