Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries regarding automotive services, products, warranties, and repair solutions via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications, services available, and customer policies.
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and managing insurance claims.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Work closely with the automotive service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of service-related issues.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
