Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to logistics and supply chain services, including shipping, tracking, and delivery options via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
- Provide information on service availability, pricing, and compliance with shipping regulations.
- Assist customers with booking processes, changes, and any required documentation.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to provide accurate and timely information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, updates, and operational changes related to logistics and supply chain management.
