Key Responsibilities

- Provide information on course offerings, enrollment processes, and platform features.
- Assist users with account management, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve user experiences.
