Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, and orders via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Provide assistance with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
