Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, and account management.
  • Provide product recommendations and information to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Stay updated on promotions, new products, and retail trends to provide informed assistance.
