In this role, you will be serving as the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Offer detailed product information and assist customers with their account management and transactions.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, aiming for excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure quick resolution of issues and continued service improvement.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and market trends to provide informed support.
