Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and service issues via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
- Provide detailed information about product availability, nutritional information, and promotions to customers.
- Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and cancellations carefully and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
