This is an exceptional opportunity for 6 graduates in Lagos, Nigeria and 3-4 graduates in Singapore to join a pioneering cohort at Union Maritime.
Over two years and through four rotational placements, you will gain hands-on experience across business, operational, and technical streams, working directly with our global teams to develop a deep understanding of how our business operates end-to-end.
Through this immersive experience, you will tailor your career journey while building the breadth of knowledge and leadership capability that sets you apart.
Each rotation is designed to challenge, inspire, and prepare you to take on meaningful roles across our growing international business.
