What you will do:
- Read and review incoming emails in the order mailbox to ensure all requests are logged efficiently;
- Handle inbound customer inquiries during evening/night shifts and provide timely, helpful solutions;
- Review and validate order details to ensure data integrity and accurate record-keeping;
- Flag any missing, unclear, or problematic information across processed orders to maintain operational quality;
- Compile and submit a comprehensive weekly issues report.
