Position Summary:

The Sourcing and Purchasing Manager will manage the Sourcing and Procurement of goods and services from suppliers who are located in North & South America today, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who excels at vendor management, cost optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet demand planning and quality standards. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of Supply Chain.

This role is fully remote but requires availability during U.S. time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with the team.

Crystal Cruises is seeking highly motivated and experienced candidates to join our Consumer Sales Team. You will join a high-performance team generating revenue by closing cruise sales from past guests and other sources. Requirements

10–15 years of experience in offshore structural engineering, including topsides and jackets.
