PeopleCert is looking for a Product Manager to help take our ITIL portfolio of Best Practice to the next level of success – developing compelling propositions for globally recognised ITIL products that ensure wide adoption among senior audiences, new sectors and markets. You will be responsible for the success of the key products of the ITIL portfolio, including certifications, learning content and publications.
As Product Manager for the ITIL portfolio, you will work closely with teams across the business in order to deliver the overall roadmap and achieve commercial success for the product set within the ITIL portfolio.
As Product Manager ITIL your tasks will be the following:
Product strategy and vision
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product set within the ITIL portfolio
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape that will inform the product strategy
- Establish clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
