What you will do:

• Deliver outstandingsupport as a trusted advisor for customers via emails, chats, social media, and video calls
• Assist and onboard new customers
• Develop digital marketing strategies 
• Provide weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly strategic guidance to customers
• Ensure smooth customer engagement through proactive outreach
• Offer best practices on product usage and marketing strategies
• Keep customers updated on product releases and new features
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams 

What you need to succeed in this role:

We are hiring on behalf of our client a Security Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee the security service of the private residence.
• Develop and implement security plans, instructions, and regulations.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate the work of security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with discipline and safety standards.
• Safeguard property and ensure the personal safety of family members, including escorting a teenager.
• Investigate potential threats and personnel wrongdoings.
• Plan and ensure safe routes, accompany to events, trips, and training sessions.
• Communicate with parents and external contractors (technical services, security agencies).
• Monitor and operate video surveillance, alarm, and access control systems.
• Respond to emergencies, conduct risk analysis, and develop preventive measures.
• Provide first aid if necessary.

Our ideal candidate is responsible for layout, fabrication, fitting, and welding of components for vessels at all stages of refit and repair. Work will be performed in the metal shop, onboard dry-docked vessels, dockside vessels in service, and occasionally on facility projects. This role requires proficiency in TIG, MIG, and MMA welding across multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) and the ability to fabricate with precision, style, and in compliance with classification standards. The position reports directly to the Metal & Pipefitting Shop Supervisor,
