PeopleCert is seeking a MLOps Engineer who will ensure that PeopleCert’s AI models run reliably, securely, and at scale in production. You’ll design and maintain the pipelines that allow models to be trained, deployed, monitored, and continuously improved. Your mission is to turn prototypes into trusted enterprise services and to keep them healthy once they’re live.  

As a MLOps Engineer, your tasks will include the following:  

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models.  
  • Automate deployment workflows for training, testing, and serving models in enterprise environments.  
  • Set up monitoring and observability frameworks to detect model drift, bias, and performance degradation.  
  • Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to transition models from prototype to production.  
  • Optimize infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.  
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.  
  • Document workflows and establish best practices for AI operations.
