Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish.
- Provide information on product availability, menu options, and special promotions.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and any returns or issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer experiences.
- Stay informed about food and beverage trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
