Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
- Educate customers about energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy solutions, and available resources.
- Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting any service-related issues.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
