Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding e-learning platforms, courses, and educational resources via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
- Assist students with account creation, course enrollments, and technical issues related to the online learning environment.
- Provide detailed information on course content, program requirements, and available resources.
- Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support course delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about new educational trends and platform updates to provide relevant information to customers.
