Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve any customer complaints and issues with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
