Key Responsibilities

- Provide clear and accurate information regarding shipping rates, timelines, and customs regulations.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to logistics and facilitate timely solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
