Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding construction products, services, and project support via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide detailed information on product specifications, project timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and coordinating with project management teams as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance client service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better assist our customers.
