Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, including shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and service rates via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide clear and accurate information on logistics processes, tariffs, and customs regulations.
- Assist customers with booking shipments, handling changes, and resolving complaints.
- Document all customer interactions and update records accurately within the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
- Keep updated on industry trends and service offerings to enhance customer assistance.
