Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to automotive services, products, and warranties via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
- Provide customers with information regarding vehicle specifications, pricing, and service options.
- Assist customers with service requests, troubleshooting, and scheduling appointments.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
