Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, and patient information via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
- Provide accurate information on services, treatment options, and insurance coverage.
- Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments as needed.
- Resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for compliance and reference.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure customer needs are met and to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on healthcare policies, services, and industry standards to provide relevant information to customers.
