Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to the corporation's products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding product features, availability, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while ensuring a positive interaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address complex inquiries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
