As a Software Engineer in Alumil, you belong to the Digital Customer Solutions team. Together with your teammates, you are responsible for preserving the existing software offered to our clients, making improvements on it, or creating from scratch new one. For that purpose, your excellent perception of user needs and its translation to code capabilities makes you a strategic player in the application development procedure. As an IT Support Engineer at Alumil, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing outstanding support to our employees. In this role, you will work with various clients to design, implement, and manage robust IT systems and infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance, security, and disaster recovery.

• Design and implement enterprise-level IT systems across both on-premises and cloud environments, aligning technical solutions with business needs.
• Administer cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, deploying and optimizing cloud services, virtual machines, and storage solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Design and maintain backup strategies, ensuring reliable backups and a comprehensive disaster recovery plan.
• Monitor system performance, proactively resolving issues to maximize uptime and reliability.
