Senior Full Stack Engineer (Founding Role)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY

Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 (Base Salary) + Significant Equity

Backed by top-tier VCs and healthcare founders, we've achieved extreme Product-Market Fit in a large, blue ocean market. We are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to lead our AI-powered full stack from architecture to launch, with a clear trajectory to an Engineering Leadership role.

This is a ground-floor opportunity that demands speed, autonomy, and technical excellence. You will work side-by-side with the co-founders, owning major technical decisions and shaping the engineering organization.
