The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, risk management, capital structure optimization, and regulatory compliance, while also playing a critical role in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

• Excellent experience in raising funds through debt by launching funds and issuing bonds/sukuk.
