We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our high performing Recruitment & Selection Team in Athens.

What you will focus on

·         Be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle of the various vacancies;

·         Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

·         Screen incoming resumes and application forms

·         Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

·         Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates

·         Establish relationships with internal customers

·         Deliver results and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment

 

What we are looking for

·         University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related fields

·         1-2 years of experience in a Recruitment role

·         Familiar with HR metrics

·         Computer literate and social media user

·         Ability to work independently
