Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agent - Home Office in Greece

Every day you'll help drivers, fleet operators, and customers get back on the road by providing professional support when they need it most.

What you'll be doing
- Assist customers via phone, email and chat with questions related to transportation services
- Support drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns by gathering relevant information and creating service cases
- Coordinate with workshops, roadside assistance providers and technicians when on-site support is required
- Provide updates and follow up on ongoing cases until they are resolved
- Answer questions regarding products, services and general customer enquiries
- Handle complaints professionally and work towards the best possible solution for the customer
- Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions using internal systems
