Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipping processes, and supply chain solutions via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Provide accurate information about shipping rates, timelines, and delivery options.
- Assist customers with account management, including service updates and troubleshooting inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistical issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers.
