Key Responsibilities

- Provide support for appointment scheduling, treatment information, and healthcare guidance.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
- Accurately document each customer interaction in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to enhance service delivery.
