You will be instrumental in assisting Polish-speaking clients with their inquiries while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipping details, and supply chain processes via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide accurate information about shipping rates, delivery timelines, and customs regulations.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting logistical issues and coordinate effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work alongside internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication and service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to best assist our clients.
