Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to educational programs, e-learning tools, and course registrations via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
- Provide guidance on course offerings, learning resources, and platform functionalities.
- Assist customers with account management, including registration issues, course changes, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with course instructors and technical teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on new courses, educational tools, and industry trends to offer the best support to customers.
