Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property tours, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Lithuanian.
  • Provide detailed information on property features, availability, and pricing.
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling for viewings and follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with real estate agents and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
