Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and warranties via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
- Provide accurate information on vehicle specifications, pricing, and available services.
- Assist customers with the booking of service appointments, test drives, and other automotive-related requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stay informed about automotive trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
