Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property values, and sale processes via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, including pricing, features, and neighborhood insights.
- Assist clients with scheduling property viewings, submitting offers, and navigating the buying or renting process.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to streamline customer interactions.
- Stay informed on market trends and property listings to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
