Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries about insurance products, claims, and policies via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
- Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and making informed decisions.
- Guide customers through the claims process, providing updates and facilitating communication.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Work collaboratively with underwriting and claims teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations and company offerings to provide accurate information.
