Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and repairs via phone, email, and live chat in Estonian.
- Provide information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing, as well as assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and addressing any service-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with service departments to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, automotive products, and company offerings to better serve customers.
